Methodology

Organization and strategy transformations focus on two things: the quality of direction (QD) and the quality of interaction (QI). The balance between QD and QI is unique and delicate: it depends on the specific case.  Starting with deep structural interviews, the following is addressed:

Quality of direction:                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Aligning the team to create a shared vision and goals, to benefit the whole team, not just individual targets.

Quality of interaction:                                                                                                                                                                                                          Integrating the team by overcoming cultural differences and personal beliefs, so establishing deep mutual confidence                               and trust within the organization.

A high quality of direction and interaction is established in a dialogue with the organization, whereby everyone is involved in creating a shared perspective and in deciding how to implement that vision. Through dialogue, mutual understanding, inspiration and trust can be established.
